The IBM Entry Level High Volume exam contains 86-90 questions within 120 minutes. Knowing the content matters, but the clock decides who finishes — practice committing and moving on. Full-length timed sessions in the Lead1Pass test engine are the most direct way to rehearse that discipline before the real 000-117 exam.

IBM spreads the IBM Entry Level High Volume syllabus over 3 areas, with IBM High Volume Storage Solutions (40%), High Volume Storage Fundamentals (30%), Pre-Sales and Solution Design (30%) carrying the most weight. Study proportionally to those shares — the complete outline is in the section above this page.

It exists to measure practical IT skills objectively, which is why hiring managers treat it as a reliable benchmark — and why candidate numbers keep rising. It also relates to IBM Certified Specialist - Storage Sales, so the value compounds as you progress.

One IBM Entry Level High Volume attempt costs Approx $200 USD / ¥18,900 JPY, with Approx 65-70% required to pass.
